A Wedding at an Exotic Zoo in Lajas, Puerto Rico

Shelby + Raúl had their destination wedding at the beautiful Hacienda Los Pablo. They wanted candid coverage that showcased their families meeting for the first time having a blast. Hacienda Los Pablo, from the eyes of a Puerto Rico wedding photographer, is a great venue to host your friends and family. With their rustic look, the house makes it easy to create beautiful photos during the getting ready and first look part of the day. There is plenty of natural light and options for shade to help with the Puerto Rico heat.

Hacienda Los Pablo has a variety of ways you can customize your ceremony site. For example, Raúl and Shelby chose a ceremony in front of the main house, utilizing the stone arch as part of the ceremony decor. We have been to weddings where the couple chose the horse barn as the backdrop to their ceremony. Another space that we have seen is to the right of the horse barn which faces the gardens. There are no right or wrong ceremony sites at Hacienda Los Pablo, it depends on what interests you.

Our recommendation for any event at Hacienda Los Pablo is to make sure you have party lighting for the reception. The outdoor structure that the receptions take place in only have a couple of chandeliers that provide no real light that set the tone of a party. With a small investment in some lighting, your reception photos will be next level.
